By placing an order with Lavy Kay’s, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• All orders must be placed in advance.
• Orders are confirmed only after deposit/payment is received.
• Last-minute orders are subject to availability and rush fees may apply.
• Custom orders require details to be finalized before production begins.

• A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure your order date.
• Final balance must be paid by the agreed due date before pickup/delivery.
• No products will be released without full payment.
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, cash (customize this).

• Deposits/retainers are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made after production has started are non-refundable.
• If Lavy Kay’s must cancel due to emergency, a full refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be given for change of mind, late pickups, or failure to read product descriptions.

• Every product is handmade; slight variations in color, decoration, and design may occur.
• Inspiration photos are used as reference only and exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
• Flavor substitutions may occur only with customer approval.

• Pickup times must be honored. Late pickups may affect product quality.
• Once products leave our possession, Lavy Kay’s is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, weather, transport, or improper storage.
• Delivery fees apply based on location.
• Customer must provide accurate delivery details.

• Cakes, cupcakes, chocolate-covered strawberries, and buttercream items should be kept refrigerated unless otherwise instructed.
• Chocolate items may melt in warm temperatures.
• Best enjoyed within recommended timeframe.

• Products may contain or come into contact with:
  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Wheat
  • Soy
  • Nuts / Tree Nuts
• Customers are responsible for notifying us of allergies before ordering.

• Lavy Kay’s reserves the right to photograph products for portfolio, website, and social media use unless customer requests otherwise in writing.

• Respectful communication is expected. Harassment, abusive language, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

• Holiday menus (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.) are limited and offered first come, first served.
• Holiday orders may require full payment upfront.
